ITS A PART TIME GIG: 2 DAYS/MONTH,

JUNE - NOVEMBER

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE:

  • DEPENDABLE, PUNCTUAL, & DRIVEN

  • WILLING TO LEARN

  • DEDICATED TO THE CRAFT OF COOKING or SERVING

  • CALM UNDER PRESSURE

  • APPLICANTS WHO CAN COMMIT TO ALL SEASON DATES PREFERRED

IN THE KITCHEN:

KITCHEN HOURS:

FARM DINNER PREP FRIDAYS: apprx. 11am-6pm (8-9hrs)

+ FARM DINNER SATURDAYS: apprx. 11am - 11pm (12hrs)

Farm Dinner Day of HOURS: 6hrs food prep + 6hrs service: dish sanitation + plating station

  • LEARN TO MAKE GOOD FOOD FROM SCRATCH

  • >> show us what you got + take in some new tricks from Chef Matt Chambas

  • SHARPEN YOUR KNIFE SKILLS

  • WORK WITH A VARIETY OF HIGH QUALITY INGREDIENTS & FRESH LOCAL PRODUCE

  • RECEIVE COMPETITIVE PAY, BASED ON EXPERIENCE, training available

  • QUALITY WORK ATMOSPHERE, only two days of work per month

FRONT OF HOUSE:

PRIMARY SERVING POSITION AT FARM DINNERS

First Saturday monthly, apprx. 4PM - 11PM (7hrs)

  • INTEREST IN MAKING N/A, LOW PROOF, & BATCH COCKTAILS

  • ABILITY TO LEARN A WINE LIST & PERFORM WINE SERVICE

  • >> training available, experience preferred

  • CONSISTENT, CHARISMATIC, & PUNCTUAL

  • ADVANCE YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF HIGH QUALITY FOOD & WINE

  • >> show us the mad skills you already possess + learn some new moves

  • WILLING TO LEARN & BE ADAPTABLE

  • ABLE TO READ A ROOM, RECOGNIZE GUEST NEEDS, & MOVE WITH GRACE

  • COMPETITIVE WAGES + TIPS

  • ONE NIGHT SERVICE / MONTH, APPRX. 4PM-11PM (7HRS)

  •   WINTER SEASON PRIVATE EVENT HOURS ALSO AVAILABLE
