  • WILLING TO LEARN

  • APPLICANTS WHO CAN COMMIT TO THE FULL SEASON PREFERRED

IN THE KITCHEN:

SAUTE CHEF & GARDE MANGER (COLD SIDE) CHEF, & DISHWASHER

ARE YOU INTRIGUED BY INGREDIENTS & COOKING PROCESSES?

  • LEARN TO MAKE FOOD FROM SCRATCH

  • SHARPEN YOUR KNIFE SKILLS

  • WORK WITH A VARIETY OF LAKE & SEAFOOD, MEAT, & FRESH PRODUCE

  • RECEIVE COMPETITIVE PAY, BASED ON EXPERIENCE, training available

  • QUALITY WORK ATMOSPHERE

  • FOUR WEEKDAY WORK WEEK: MONDAY PREP + TUES, WEDS, THURS 4-9PM EVENING SERVICES, WEEKENDS OFF, event hours optional

  • ADVANCE YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF QUALITY WINE, BEER, & MIXED BEVERAGES / SHOW US THE MAD SKILLS YOU ALREADY POSSESS

  • WILLING TO LEARN, ADAPTABLE

  • ABLE TO READ A ROOM & BALANCE A CROWD
