IN THE KITCHEN:
KITCHEN HOURS:
FARM DINNER PREP FRIDAYS: apprx. 11am-6pm (8-9hrs)
+ FARM DINNER SATURDAYS: apprx. 11am - 11pm (12hrs)
Farm Dinner Day of HOURS: 6hrs food prep + 6hrs service: dish sanitation + plating station

FRONT OF HOUSE:
PRIMARY SERVING POSITION AT FARM DINNERS
First Saturday monthly, apprx. 4PM - 11PM (7hrs)

INTEREST IN MAKING N/A, LOW PROOF, & BATCH COCKTAILS

ABILITY TO LEARN A WINE LIST & PERFORM WINE SERVICE

>> training available, experience preferred

CONSISTENT, CHARISMATIC, & PUNCTUAL

ADVANCE YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF HIGH QUALITY FOOD & WINE
