Want to know the details behind the plates on our menus or bring home a few fresh tricks?

Classes will incorporate elements of food prep & processing demonstration, cooking tricks & tips to demystify the tools of the kitchen. Fine tune your knife skills and get a belly full of delicious ideas to impress.

This season's classes will be held in the kitchen classroom at NWTC Sister Bay Campus.

Host a private cooking class in the comfort of your own space, turn your kitchen into a classroom, the chef will come to you. You be the host with the most, we'll guide the cooking.

For private classes, specialty add-ons available, ask about local wild crafting explorations, craft beverages, and wine pairing suggestions to compliment your class experience.
