We will not be offering cooking classes this season,

Want to know the details behind the plates on our menus or take home a few fresh tricks? Our classes are built on the seasonality of the ingredients growing in the forests and the rows of the gardens here and around the peninsula.
Join us for an afternoon behind the scenes. We will take a walk through the root garden to tune in to what is growing on site, drawing the gardening and cooking processes together. Then come into the kitchen classroom to learn a few tricks from the chefs.
Classes will incorporate various elements; gardening, demonstrations of food prep, processing, and cooking as well as food photography and ambiance. Go home with sharper knife skills and belly full of delicious ideas to impress.
